RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY.

Return Window: Returns or exchanges must be initiated within 14 days of delivery. Fine Art Prints: Unmounted and unopened prints in their original, pristine condition are eligible for return or exchange within the 14-day window. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect. Original Artworks & Embroidered Pieces: Due to the delicate, one-of-a-kind physical nature of original paintings and textile works, these pieces are designated as Final Sale. Damaged or Defective Shipments: If your package or artwork arrives damaged in transit, please notify the studio within 48 hours of delivery at hello@brittanymcloughlin.art. Please include clear photographs of both the exterior packaging and the artwork so a carrier claim and prompt resolution can be arranged. Order Cancellations: Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase, or at any time before dispatch, for a full refund.
